Return/ Exchange Policy

At Vastrapvt, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If there’s an issue with your order, we’re here to assist you within the following guidelines:

  1. Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges:
    • Only products that are defective or delivered in the wrong size are eligible for return or exchange.
    • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags and packaging intact.
  2. Timeframe for Exchange:
    • Exchanges must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order.
    • No exchanges will be processed beyond the 7 days.
  3. Non-Exchangeable Items:
    • Products damaged due to misuse, improper care, or regular wear and tear are not eligible for exchange.
  4. Exchange Process:
    • To request an exchange, email us at support@vastrapvt.com with your order details and photos showing the defect or incorrect size.
    • Once approved, we will process your exchange at no additional shipping cost.
  5. Refunds:
    • Refunds are not offered. Exchanges will be provided for eligible cases only.
  6. Shipping Costs:
    • All shipping costs for exchanges are covered by Vastrapvt.
