- Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges:
- Only products that are defective or delivered in the wrong size are eligible for return or exchange.
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags and packaging intact.
- Timeframe for Exchange:
- Exchanges must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order.
- No exchanges will be processed beyond the 7 days.
- Non-Exchangeable Items:
- Products damaged due to misuse, improper care, or regular wear and tear are not eligible for exchange.
- Exchange Process:
- To request an exchange, email us at support@vastrapvt.com with your order details and photos showing the defect or incorrect size.
- Once approved, we will process your exchange at no additional shipping cost.
- Refunds:
- Refunds are not offered. Exchanges will be provided for eligible cases only.
- Shipping Costs:
- All shipping costs for exchanges are covered by Vastrapvt.
